First up is a clean and complete set of books. We work with you to automate and organise your bookkeeping and payroll processes. What this looks like will depend on your business and preferences, but may involve using technology to reduce double-handling, processing payments in batches rather than ad hoc, or linking your Xero file to another software you use, to name a few.

Once a system that works for everyone is in place, we can handle the lot, from quarterly BAS lodgement to full service bookkeeping and payroll, and you’ll have time to do more interesting things.

2 - SORTING COMPLIANCE THE EASY WAY

With the bookkeeping taken care of, staying on top of your compliance work is now much, MUCH easier. No more correcting bookkeeping errors or chasing documents from 12 months ago.

3 - PROACTIVE TAX PLANNING AND CASHFLOW MANAGEMENT

Armed with accurate financials, we can work proactively throughout the year and prior to 30 June to legally minimise tax and other costs. This may involve discussions around distributing or reinvesting profits, business structures, or reviewing expensive debt, to name a few.

During these discussions we also place emphasis on your upcoming plans, particularly around borrowing money and the ability to present a set of books that a bank will lend against.

We like to keep it simple - for us, ‘cashflow management’ means that we estimate your upcoming obligations and establish a system for you to set aside funds in advance. No more surprise tax bills.

There’s plenty more we can deliver as your business grows, but we reckon that’s a damn good start.

FIXED MONTHLY FEES

There are no surprise bills with our fixed monthly packages. Starting from $100 per month, we tailor your bookkeeping and tax advisory package around delivering what you need rather than billing by the hour. This encourages efficient and effective work, and you know exactly what you’re paying for. It also means we don’t charge for talking to us - unlimited phone contact is always included.
